About Us | Facilities Management

Utilities and Energy Management is a unit with UK Facilities Management and is responsible for the production of steam for campus heating and chilled water for cooling; the delivery of electricity, domestic water, and natural gas to campus buildings; and the maintenance of stormwater and sanitary sewer systems. UEM’s mission is to provide safe, reliable, and resilient utility and energy services to our campus community, with a commitment to customer service and sustainability.
