INFORMATION - Physical Plant Main Office is located in Peterson Service Building room 102. Physical Plant telephone information line (859) 257-3844. Fax (859) 323-1034.

EMERGENCIES - Any emergencies occurring during the office hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. can be reported to Physical Plant by calling the Work Control Center at (859) 257-3844 (Monday through Friday). After office hours, on weekends, and holidays, call the Delta Control Center at (859) 257-2830 or (859) 257-3844.

WORK CONTROL CENTER - Requests for estimates or renovation work should be made in writing, either by memo, email, On-line request form or fax (859) 257-3277. All requests should include: (1) person making request; (2) department and phone number; (3) location and description of work to be done; (4) a contact person, building, room number and phone number; (5) account number, where appropriate. The mailing address for requests is: Work Control Office, Room 233, Peterson Service Building, Campus 0005.
