Kevin serves as UK’s Water Quality Compliance Manager, a position he has held since 2015. One of Kevin’s primary responsibilities is coordinating UK’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Program among the multiple departments responsible for maintaining compliance with the state issued permit. He also provides regulatory compliance evaluation and assistance for all other water related programs. Kevin has been in regulatory compliance and assistance since 2002. In addition to his work at UK, he also served as a state regulator for more than a decade.
