UK’s statement on copyright policy:

“UK’s policy is that all of us need to respect the rights of copyright holders while exercising the rights granted to all of us under the copyright laws. In other words, you should become informed about copyright law, respect the copyright rights of others (including fellow faculty), but also take advantage of the various exceptions contained in copyright law as you prepare various educational and scholarly works.”

When using Content/Learning Management Systems (CMS/LMS), such as Canvas, please keep in mind that it is the faculty member's responsibility to adhere to copyright laws in their presentation and use of materials.
