Reserves Request Form

The UK Library allows access to course reserve readings in multiple options:

  • Face to Face courses, where the student will come to the library and use the material either within the building or, limited check-out periods for use outside the library.

  • Library materials may also be offered via electronic reserves in either your Canvas shell or, via Infokat.

  • Faculty may also use content from UK Library databases, without getting copyright approval, as this use is already included in the database license.  In order to do this, a brief addition to the article’s permalink will need to be added.  Please see this page for instructions.

The library has subscribed to many general and subject-specific databases.  Faculty may use the full-text offerings available without seeking copyright approval.  Therefore, we recommend use of these databases for resources that will not require copyright approval and/or additional monetary expenditures.
