Tomes' Granular Layer & Interglobular Dentin

Tomes' granular layer is distinct from interglobular dentin. The surface of the root lies in the extreme upper left corner. Identify Tomes' granular layer (A) and the underlying region containing interglobular dentin (B). The latter appears as irregular dark spots.
