Reduced Enamel Epithelium

In this image, the region once occupied by enamel is empty (A). After the ameloblasts complete their secretory and maturation functions, they loose their columnar morph-ology. The dental organ overlying mature enamel is now composed of epithelial cells which no longer form distinctive layers. It is called the reduced enamel epithelium (B). Identify C through E.
