Identify the following: stellate reticulum (A), stratum intermedium (B), IDE (C) that are differen-tiating into ameloblasts (H) to the left of the image, dentin (D), differen-tiating odontoblasts (E) from the cells at the periphery of the dental papilla (G), and dental papilla (F).
