What we do

• We are a professional staff of licensed Architects, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineers – along with Project Managers – providing construction services.
• Complete projects in coordination with PPD Project team (Shop craftsmen) and with private sector contractors.
• Oversight and coordination of programs for roofing, asphalt/concrete, and elevator maintenance.
• Perform annual building inspections, document deficiencies, and develop deferred maintenance projects.
• Manage 250 active projects
