How often is trash emptied?

Trash in common areas such as classrooms, restrooms, lobbies, teaching labs, halls and conference rooms is emptied daily.  Trash in private offices is emptied weekly.

What day will my office be cleaned?

Cleaning is scheduled.  You should expect your office to be cleaned and trash removed on the same day each week.

What should be done if the trash in my private office needs to be emptied but it is not scheduled for several days?

You can take the trash to a common area such as a break room, hall or restroom where it is removed daily.

What hours do you work?

Most of our staff works 5:30AM – 2:15PM.

What if custodial service is needed after 2:15PM?

First call the office: 859.257.1672.  If no answer call the Delta Room at 859.257.2830.
