Submit Jobs to the DSC

To submit a job via email, please click to open the Ricoh DSC Request Form (Adobe or .pdf compatible program required) then save to your computer. Make applicable selections, click the button located at the bottom of the form to indicate which Copy Center location you wish to process your job then email us the completed form.
