We have been talking about food insecurity. When did you know that not everyone in the U.S. had sufficient food? Perhaps you never knew this until now. What are your thoughts about it? How do we solve the problems of food insecurity as well as obesity related to food security issues? How are these issues related to big business, and/or agribusinesses? Think carefully about these questions. There are no easy answers if you want to ensure a healthy America as you live your lives caring for others, in particular, your own children.
