All The Love I've Ever Known

If all the love I've ever known
could somehow be expressed,
To visualize the way I feel
Here safe within our nest.

A thousand words
or colors bright
could never represent,
This space we share together now
Our haven from relent.

If all the love I've ever known
could somehow be compressed,
Preserved within a package
and removed in time of stress.

As time would roll
the package grows,
and so its times of need,
Yet its burden ever lightens,
less than feather,
light as seed.

If all the love I've ever known
had ever seemed so true,
My unrefuted evidence...
the love I share with you.
