Read the case description of Mountain View Community Hospital on pages 36, 139, and 182. Then complete the following tasks:

1.     Project questions 1 and 2 on page 36.  Save your answer as task11 and task 12.

2.     Develop an ER diagram reflecting the data contained in the Patient Bill shown on page 37.  Save your ER diagram as task2.

3.     Project questions 2 to 5 on pages 139-140.  Save your answer as task32, task33, task34, and task35 respectively.

4.     Project exercises 1 to 7 on page 140.  Save your answer as task41, task42, task43, task44, task45, task46, and task47 respectively.

5.     Project questions 1, 3 and 4 on page 182.  Save your answer as task51, task53, and task54 respectively.

6.     Project exercise 1 on page 182.  Save your ER diagrams as task61.

7.     Merge task46 and task61 into a single diagram called task7.

NOTE:  Save all your work electronically in a folder called ####HW1 where #### is the last four digits of your student number.  Create a zip version of your ###HW1 folder and submit your ####HW1.zip through blackboard.
