Raymond is the founder of Equity Solutions Group (ESG). A supply diversity company committed to decreasing a company’s indirect spend exposure. ESG promotes inclusivity and reduced costs with great customer service. Raymond is also a 27-year veteran of the fast-food industry with fifteen of those years as a 13-unit Franchisee of Waffle House (Lexidan Foods). Before Franchising Raymond was a Senior Vice President of Operations responsible for 105 locations and 3,500 associates. He also served as Director of Diversity and Disaster Relief Manager.

Raymond is a consummate supporter of his community. He humbly serves on multiple boards including the Kentucky Chamber, Commerce Lexington, Community Ventures Corporation, Urban League of Central Kentucky, Lexington for Everyone, and the Kentucky Tourism Board.

Born in New York City, Raymond holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management from Catawba College where he was a member of the Southeastern Athletic Conference 1992 Football champions. In 2019 Raymond was honored with the Prestigious Alumni Award from Catawba College. He currently serves as Special Assistant to the President for Strategic Partnerships and Community Relations for Transylvania University.
