Student Loan

Student Account Services oversees entrance and exit counseling for borrowers of all federal student loan programs (William D. Ford Federal Direct, Perkins, Health Professions, Nurse Faculty, and Primary Care). The office also provides customer service and administers collections for Perkins, Health Professions, Nurse Faculty, Primary Care, and Institutional Loan Programs.

You may consolidate your federal loans online with the Direct Consolidation Program. For more information about Direct Loans, please visit:  StudentAid.gov

If you have a Perkins loan, please consider the cancellation benefits before you consolidate the Perkins loan with your Direct Student Loans. The Perkins cancellation benefits are lost in consolidation. 

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

The University of Kentucky converted to a new billing service for the management of the Federal Perkins, Health Profession, Primary Care, Nurse Faculty, and Institutional Loan programs.  Effective October 1, 2013, the new service (replacing Campus Partners) is Educational Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI).  

If you have questions about your loan, you may contact ECSI at 888-549-3274. The web site for borrowers is https://borrower.ecsi.net.  The school code for UK is RQ.
