Scotty Dunlap, EdD, CSP

Scotty Dunlap is a Professor in the School of Safety, Security and Emergency Management at Eastern Kentucky University. Dr. Dunlap has a research focus on occupational safety and health management systems and the development of first responder organizations. He served on the U.S. Technology Advisory Group that worked to develop the global standard ISO 45001 on Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems. His research in emergency response organizations resulted in the Emmy-nominated mini documentary “Frametown”. The research of his graduate students covers an array of topics to include contemporary issues in occupational safety and emergency management.
