Motor Vehicle Record
Effective September 1, 2024, Motor Vehicle Record checks will be part of the pre-employment screening process for job descriptions with the following driving responsibilities:
- Any Vehicle – Regular Job Duty
- Vehicle Requiring CDL
- Transporting Passengers
- Golf/Utility Carts
Motor Vehicle Record checks for volunteers and/or any employee that may have an occasional reason to drive on behalf of the university can still be submitted directly to Risk Management using the form below.
