This is just a friendly reminder to review and make any updates necessary to your program pages, especially if there have been any changes through the semester. AET is persistently one of the most viewed websites in the entirety of UK portfolio of websites, particularly for our prospective students and families, and with these changes the audience will be even bigger, so we want everything to be as accurate as possible. When reviewing your pages, please pay close attention to the following:

New online program offerings (bachelors, certificates), creation of NEW AET pages
Contact information changes
Curriculum or program information changes
Callout stats in the cover/heading

Keywords and program details for degree typeAlso note, if you have an undergraduate certificate in your college, we have added a program type for that in AET
If you have changes to your 4 year Major Maps that are listed in myUK GPS from the 2018-19 academic year to the 2019-20 academic year, please make sure these changes are communicated to Mike Shanks at mike.shanks@uky.edu. The Degree Audit team is responsible for updating changes based upon feedback and approval from each college.
