This program is ideal for educators, therapists, and healthcare professionals seeking to deepen their understanding and enhance their skills in supporting individuals on the spectrum. It would also benefit parents and caregivers who want to gain practical knowledge to better advocate for and assist their loved ones.
Enhance your skills and gain advanced credentials to implement evidence-based and research-based practices when working with individuals with autism through this 15-hour online graduate certificate program. This program is ideal for special educators, related service providers, and other stakeholders who serve the ASD population. The online modality provides the flexibility for students to attend class from any location. Many courses are synchronous, and students will log-on during prescribed class times.
This online certificate program will allow educators to gain the skills necessary to serve as specialists in district and school-wide programs to support students with autism in improving areas of communication, socialization, behavior, and access to the general education curriculum.
