A calendar for the meeting is available to help you with planning your visit. As deadlines and dates for talks, sessions, and social events are set, they will be added to this calendar. Currently, general time blocks for field trips, workshops, and sessions are posted. To view the calendar, click here. To download or access the calendar:
  • If you have a Google account
    • Click: . Log in to your account and follow the prompts to add the calendar.
    • Or
      • Sign in to the Google Calendar service with your Gmail id
      • In the Calendars dialog on the left, enter "esaapg" in the "Search public calendars" box and press enter.
      • Follow the instructions to add the calendar.
  • Calendar URL: http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/esaapg%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics
    • For Outlook 2007 click on the URL to download the file. Then import the downloaded file.
    • Mozilla Sunbird is a free calendar application
      • Click File | Subscribe to Remote Calendar
      • Select "On the Network" and click Next
      • Select "iCalendar" format and paste the calendar URL into the location dialog box.
      • Add a name for the calendar. For example "ESAAPG". Choose an accent color to flag events from this calendar.
      • Click Next and Finish to complete the subscription
