This plant has been induced to bloom while it was still in the bed.  Leaves are more like sucker 
leaves and may not produce usable tobacco.  However, attempts to alleviate this problem by 
cutting the plant to one sucker has shown some potential for plants to recover and produce a more 
normal plant.  Some plants may develop a dominate sucker that will become the new stalk although 
leaf production may be reduced.
