Pest control professionals spend a lot of time thinking about image. The way we view ourselves, versus how we're perceived by the public and the media, are not quite the same. Recently the National Pest Control Association launched a national marketing campaign to promote the valuable role of our profession. Yet the most potent image-builder for a company or organization isn't through advertising- but from the credibility and client trust earned by employees each day "in the trenches."
The 1998 University of Kentucky Pest Control Short Course will energize your people with new information and ideas, and give you a more credible, professional image. Look over the enclosed program and we think you'll agree. In fact, if you attend and are not satisfied with the learning experience, we'll refund your registration fee. To reinforce this years' theme, each participant will also receive a complimentary, entomology- quality hand lens.
Join us in Lexington on October 6-8 for the 1998 Pest Control Short Course - no-nonsense training for A Sharper Image.
