Responsibilities: Provide statewide leadership on issues and policies relating to the use of animal manures as a nutrient source for crops. Conduct applied research projects and on-farm demonstrations; educational programs for Agriculture Extension Agents, Federal and state agency personnel, farmers, and the general public; and develop educational materials. Applied research and extension educational programs dealing with annual and perennial warm season forage grasses – both introduced and native species. |
